El pasado viernes se celebró la ceremonia de inauguración de los XXI Juegos Olímpicos de Invierno que este año se celebra en Vancouver.
En ella varios artistas canadienses de fama mundial pusieron su granito de arena a la ceremonia como Sarah McLachlan, Bryan Adams y Nelly Furtado.
Bang the Drum fue el tema escogido por Nelly Furtado y Bryan Adams para cantar delante de los miles de espectadores que abarrotaban el estadio BC Place de Vancouver.
Los dos canadienses estuvieron rodeados de varios personajes vestidos con trajes tradicionales de indios canadienses.
La actuación la veo pelín pobre, no por el homenaje a sus ancestros y su punto tribal, sino por el playback insípido que se marcan.
