Como la mayoría de los fans de Placebo sabrán, el próximo 27 de septiembre se publicará una nueva versión de Battle for the Sun.
Como adelanto a esa lanzamiento, se acaba de estrenar un nuevo videoclip para uno de los dos temas inéditos incluidos y titulado Trigger Happy Hands.
Más de un año después del lanzamiento de su sexto disco, Molko y compañía publican bajo el título de Battle for the Sun.
Redux Edition.
Se trata un doble álbum donde, aparte de una camiseta diseñada por Atticus, encontraremos remasterizados los trece cortes de aquél disco junto a una colección de nuevas versiones y dos temas inéditos, Monster Truck y Trigger Happy Hands.
Para este nuevo videoclip han mezclado imágenes de algunos directos, de dos niños jugando con pistolas de agua e imágenes de archivo de guerras y conflictos mundiales.
Una mezcla rara, pero con un contenido social claro y que, sin duda, invita a la reflexión.
