My Chemical Romance acaban de estrenar un nuevo videoclip, tras los de Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na) y Sing.
Se trata del de Planetary (GO!), la tercera entrega audiovisual de su conceptual disco Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys.
Como single se pondrá a la venta el próximo 27 de marzo en el Reino Unido.
Como ya vimos con sus dos primeros singles, My Chemical Romance se han enfundado en la piel de unos superhéroes llamados Fabolous Killjoys que tienen que luchar contra el enemigo malo malísimo de turno, esta vez, la corporación empresarial Better Living Industries que lidera un tal Dr.
Death Defying.
Con este concepto de cómic crearon sus dos primeros videoclips en los que nos presentaban los personajes y el intento frustrado de rescate de una chica, la chica, que encarna la actriz Grace Jeanette.
Para este tercer episodio titulado Planetary (GO!), aunque aparezcan con subtítulos japoneses, My Chemical Romance han querido dar descanso a la trama argumental de sus Fabolous Killjoys y han estrenado un videoclip basado en una actuación de concierto.
En concreto, las imágenes corresponden al que ofrecieron el pasado 24 de febrero O2 Academy de Islington.
Sin ser un fan acérrimo de la banda, la verdad que la propuesta de cómic conceptual me parece interesante y ha sido un pequeño chasco la no continuación con este vídeo.
Tocará esperar al siguiente single.
