B vuelve a ser noticia gracias a un tema titulado NY, NY.
Se trata de una particular versión del clásico popularizado por Frank Sinatra que ha hecho el polivalente Bobby Ray, que no encontramos en su excelente disco debut del 2010, ni en su mixtape No Genre, de la que os hablé el otro día con el videoclip de Dr.
Arden.
En cambio, este tema inédito de Bobby Ray sí lo podremos encontrar como banda sonora del videojuego Crysis 2.
Según nos informan nuestros compañeros de Videojuegoblog, se trata de la segunda entrega del conocido juego de la compañía Cryptek que llega a nuestro país el próximo 25 de marzo, es decir, este mismo viernes y se lanzará en XBOX 360, PC y PS3.
El tema en sí no está mal, lo que corre el peligro de las eternas comparaciones.
No lo digo por la de Sinatra, sino por todos aquellos que querrán ver, que ya los hay, en este tema un intento de emulación del Empire State Of Mind de Jay-Z y Alicia Keys.
También diré que los más quisquillosos, bonito palabro, ya se han extrañado de que el rapero de Atlanta sea quien cante este NY, NY.
En fin, que personalmente no entro en este tipo de historias y el tema sí que me gusta.
